Bolt Type Torque Lug for ACSR and Aluminum Cables

BLMT shear bolted lug is a connection type power fitting between the wire and equipment, mainly used for non-bearing connections in insulated wire, aluminum wire, ACSR, and copper wire. The terminal body of the Bolt type torque Lug is made of a high-strength tinned aluminum alloy, and the inner surface of the conductor hole has a mesh concave design.

Double shear head bolts of this Torque Shear Lug are made of special aluminum alloy, treated with high-quality lubricants, and equipped with a special contact ring which cannot be removed once the bolt head is cut off. Insert or remove the special insert to adjust the scope of the applicable conductor. These inserts feature longitudinal stripes and a positioning slot.

This Bolt type torque Lug model is streamlined and suitable for different diameter connections. For example, three models can cover conductors from 25mm² to 240mm². The terminals are suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications and can provide different bolt size specifications.
