12kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker | ZW32 Medium Voltage Breaker

ZW32-12/KQ type primary and secondary full fusion column 12kV vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as vacuum circuit breaker) is the latest generation of products developed by our company according to the requirements of the national grid primary and secondary fusion complete set of column switches. The 12kV vacuum circuit breaker meets the requirements of the national grid primary and secondary fusion set of column switches.

The vacuum circuit breaker integrates the secondary FTU and voltage and current sensor, power module, electronic sensor and primary vacuum interrupter and operating mechanism and other components, all integrated in the ZW32 12kV vacuum circuit breaker, with simple structure, reasonable layout, complete functions, excellent performance and high reliability advantages.

All the indexes of the medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker meet the requirements of the national grid’s primary and secondary fusion complete set of column switches. The 12kV vacuum circuit breaker adopts unified parameter set phase sequence and zero sequence voltage. Phase sequence, zero sequence current and power taking integrated sensor pouring integrated pole, with a wide measuring range, high measurement accuracy, high reliability, measurement, power supply and protection three in one characteristics.

FTU adopts the whole life design scheme, realizing real integration between the primary and secondary. Due to the reduction of the original primary and secondary feeder connection, reliability of the vacuum circuit breaker is improved. This 12kV vacuum circuit breaker combines modern Internet of Things and big data, with “four remote” function, self-test function and remote monitoring and maintenance function, can complete fault detection and reporting in real time, save manpower and material resources, and effectively reduce the power failure time for users in the case of failure.

This 12kV vacuum circuit breaker uses the most advanced circular ceramic capacitor for power collection and sampling, which can maintain stable performance in a variety of harsh environments.

This vacuum circuit breaker adopts innovative design, has independent intellectual property rights, and has obtained a number of national technical patents.

This ZW32 12kV vacuum circuit breaker has 12 power taking and sampling capacitors (expandable up to 15 capacitors), 6 current sampling. The phase voltage and zero sequence voltage of the power supply side and the load side can be sampled and taken, and the phase current and zero sequence current of the load side can be sampled.

Using a new bistable, double coil repulsion + magnetic drive operating mechanism, this medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker has novel and simple structure, small size, fast execution rate, stable action, can achieve synchronous breaking function, reduce the splitting and closing pull arc and current impact, with high reliability.

Built-in FTU of the 12kV vacuum circuit breaker adopts the whole life design scheme, increasing waterproof, shock-proof and anti-electromagnetic interference design, no output cable, realizing primary and secondary integration with high reliability and more convenient installation.

The vacuum circuit breaker comes with APP handheld operating tablet, automatic connection and password input control.

To solve the problem of data transmission in plateau and remote areas, this ZW32 12kV vacuum circuit breaker has medium voltage online carrier technology, which can realize seamless control and monitoring of the whole region and the whole climate.

FTU, combined with advanced fast fault judgment algorithm, enables the medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker to reliably remove faults from the power supply side in the shortest time, reduce voltage dips, prevent fault crossing and ensure the normal operation of the power grid.

With built-in temperature compensation constant temperature system, when the ambient temperature is below 0 degrees, the 12kV vacuum circuit breaker automatically heats the battery to ensure the life and temperature quality of the battery.

The fault detection response time of the vacuum circuit breaker controller is 2.64ms.
Circuit breaker fault removal time is 11.68ms.
