The shear bolt lug provides strong and stable conductor connection between cable and equipment. This mechanical shear bolt connector works well with insulated wire, aluminum wire, ACSR and copper wire applications.
The terminal body features high-strength tinned aluminum alloy, and the inner surface of the conductor hole includes a mesh concave design to enhance conductivity. Double shear head bolts are manufactured from special aluminum alloy, treated with high-quality lubricants, and equipped with a special contact ring that cannot be removed once the bolt head is cut off.
The shear head bolt lug design supports automatic torque control during installation, ensuring proper tightening without special tools. The bolt type mechanical lug structure enables easy installation by inserting or removing special inserts to adjust the scope of the applicable conductor. These inserts have longitudinal stripes and a positioning slot for accurate alignment.
This shear bolt lug model comes with a streamlined structure suitable for different diameter connections. For example, three models can cover conductors from 25mm² to 240mm².
