The Mechanical Cable Lug is designed for strong and stable conductor termination between cable and equipment. This Shear bolt cable lug is suitable for insulated wire, aluminum wire, ACSR and copper wire applications.
The terminal body of the Mechanical Cable Lug is made of high-strength tinned aluminum alloy, and the inner surface of the conductor hole features a mesh concave design for enhanced contact performance. Double shear head bolts are manufactured from special aluminum alloy, treated with high-quality lubricants, and equipped with a special contact ring that cannot be removed once the bolt head is cut off.
The Bolt type torque lug structure allows easy installation without the need for special crimping tools. Special inserts can be inserted or removed to adjust the applicable conductor range. These inserts have longitudinal stripes and a positioning slot for accurate installation.
This Mechanical Cable Lug model features a streamlined design suitable for different diameter connections. For example, three models can cover conductors from 25mm² to 240mm². The Mechanical Cable Lug is suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications and can provide different bolt size specifications.
